Biohazard, hoarder and sharps clearance in Bath.

How we help locally

From central Bath and its residential neighbourhoods to properties across the surrounding area, we provide calm, discreet help when an ordinary cleaning service is not appropriate.

Our Bath service area includes the city centre, Larkhall, Weston, Oldfield Park, Twerton, Combe Down, Odd Down, Batheaston, Bathampton, Keynsham and nearby communities across Bath and North East Somerset.

Our services cover hoarder clearance, biohazard remediation, trauma and unattended-death cleaning, and needle and sharps clearance. We are trained in biological-waste and chemical handling and registered with the Environment Agency to carry waste and arrange lawful disposal.

Who we help in Bath

We assist families and executors following a bereavement, as well as landlords, letting agents, block managers, housing providers, contractors and developers. Work can involve hoarding, biological contamination, an unattended death or discarded needles. We can search for and remove sharps from vacant properties, communal areas, gardens, car parks and building or development sites. Our Sort & Save approach can also be used during sensitive clearances to identify photographs, documents, valuables and sentimental belongings before waste is removed.

Assessment and quotation

Every property is different. The quotation reflects the contamination present, labour required, protective equipment, cleaning materials, waste volume and disposal route. Where possible, we establish the main facts by telephone first and explain any assessment needed before work begins.

Phone first, 24 hours a day

There is no national call centre. Call 07891 256617 to speak directly about the property. We will ask only what is needed to understand the situation and explain what happens next.
