Insight Property Remediation Limited helps people, families, landlords and organisations regain control of properties affected by difficult or hazardous circumstances.

Based in the Bristol and Bath region, we provide biohazard deep cleaning, hoarder clearance, trauma and unattended-death cleaning, and needle and sharps clearance across a broad 40-mile service area. Our role is to make the situation manageable: to assess what has happened, explain what needs to be done and carry out the work calmly and discreetly.

We are a focused regional company, not a large national operator. That means you can speak directly to the people responsible for helping you, without being passed through layers of a national call centre. It allows us to offer a faster, more personal response across the area we serve.

Ed Barnes

Ed has worked in the cleaning industry for 25 years. From his base in Bath, he brings that long-standing practical experience to every job and remains directly involved in the service customers receive.

Our company has received in-person, CPD-accredited training in decontamination and biohazard cleaning from Ultima Cleaning Academy.

We are trained to handle biological waste and chemicals and registered with the Environment Agency to carry waste and arrange lawful disposal. Just as importantly, we understand that the people calling us may be dealing with an upsetting, private or overwhelming situation. They are treated with respect—never judgement.
